Dogfooding Our Platform
We use Data Hub, Cognify, and Copilot Dexi internally every day. Product decisions, hiring priorities, and resource allocation are driven by our own tools — not spreadsheets.
Async-First, Meeting-Light
We default to written communication and async updates. Meetings happen when they add value — not out of habit. Deep work time is protected.
Ship Fast, Learn Faster
We release weekly, gather real usage data, and iterate. Every engineer and PM sees how their work impacts customers through our own Visualization Studio dashboards.
