Copilot Dexi is not just another chatbot. It is your proactive AI assistant that lives inside iDataWorkers, understands your data context, and surfaces the insights that matter — often before you think to ask. While Cognify answers your questions, Dexi anticipates them.

Dexi vs Cognify: What Is the Difference?

Think of it this way:

  • Cognify = you ask, it answers (reactive)
  • Copilot Dexi = it watches, it tells you (proactive)

They work together. Cognify is your on-demand analyst. Dexi is your always-on executive assistant. Use both.

Step 1: Activate Dexi

Click the Dexi icon in the bottom-right corner of any iDataWorkers screen. The Dexi panel slides open. On first use, Dexi asks you a few questions to personalize your experience:

  • Your role (executive, manager, analyst, developer)
  • Your primary focus areas (sales, operations, finance, product)
  • Preferred briefing time

Step 2: Start a Conversation

Unlike a search bar, Dexi maintains conversation context. You can have a natural dialogue:

You:   "How are we doing this week?"
Dexi:  "Revenue is up 12% vs last week. Three key drivers:
        1. Enterprise deal closed (Acme Corp, $45K)
        2. Self-serve signups up 8%
        3. Churn rate dropped to 2.1%
        One concern: support ticket volume is up 23%."
You:   "Tell me more about the support tickets"
Dexi:  "Most are related to the new billing feature launched Tuesday.
        Top issues: invoice formatting (34%), payment retry (28%).
        I’ve flagged this to your Anomaly Watcher agent."

Step 3: Set Up Daily Briefings

Click Settings (gear icon) in the Dexi panel. Under Daily Briefing:

  • Choose your delivery time (e.g., 8:00 AM)
  • Select delivery channel: in-app notification, email, or Slack
  • Pick which metrics to include

Each morning, Dexi delivers a concise summary of what changed overnight, what needs attention, and what is trending.

Tip: Dexi learns from your interactions. The more you ask, the better its briefings become. After a week, Dexi will know which metrics you care about most.

Step 4: Use Dexi Shortcuts

Dexi understands quick commands:

  • "Brief me" — instant summary of current state
  • "Anything unusual?" — anomalies and outliers
  • "Compare to last week" — week-over-week changes
  • "What should I focus on?" — prioritized action items
